The team

    Tania Cohen

    Associate Director

    Tania leads the organisation and oversees the delivery of our strategy and operations. Prior to joining 360Giving in March 2020 she had been working and volunteering in charities and grantmaking organisations for over 20 years, including roles as an analyst supporting organisations to improve performance. Tania has wide-ranging experience working with diverse organisations in the sector, as well as having held senior positions in a range of functions.

  • Katherine Duerden

    Head of 360Giving

    Katherine is responsible for 360Giving’s support and services to grantmakers and civil society organisations. She manages 360Giving’s programmes and services, the Helpdesk support function, and the guidance and tools that help funders publish their grant data openly using the 360Giving Data Standard. She is the staff representative on the Stewardship Committee, which oversees the maintenance of the Standard. Prior to joining 360Giving, Katherine worked for seven years for the Association of Charitable Foundations and has also worked for cancer research fundraising and carers support charities.

    Marion Galley

    Head of Digital

    Marion leads on the development and maintenance of the 360Giving Data Standard and tools including GrantNav, engaging users of the data and the standard itself, and prioritising the roadmap to best meet their needs. Before joining 360Giving in April 2021, she worked on developing CRMs and grant-management systems in the not-for-profit sector for clients such as Macmillan Cancer Support and the Art Fund.

  • Kerry Smith

    Helpdesk Manager

    Kerry provides support and guidance to enable funders to publish high quality open grants data using the 360Giving Data Standard. She has most recently worked in CRM support and development in Higher Education fundraising but has been helping users get the most out of their IT systems for a number of years.

    Ruth Jolley

    Data Support Manager

    Ruth heads the design and delivery of 360Giving’s data skills workshops and training, and alongside the Analysis Lead undertakes data research projects to identify key insights on grantmaking in the UK. Before joining 360Giving Ruth had worked as a merchandiser for several high street retailers such as Next, The Watches of Switzerland Group, and most recently in the charity sector with Sourced by Oxfam.

     

  • Hannah Sanford

    Helpdesk Coordinator

    Hannah is responsible for providing first-line support to grantmakers who publish their data using the 360Giving Data Standard and supporting users of 360Giving data and tools to access our products and services. Hannah also assists our engagement activities, including communications campaigns and events, and provides coordination and data support for 360Giving’s consultancy services and analysis projects. Before joining 360Giving, Hannah worked for seven years in various fundraising roles for local, national and international charities.

    David Kane

    Analysis Lead (Consultant)

    David works with 360Giving and leads on data analysis, research and data use projects. David is a data scientist and researcher, specialising in data for, by and about charities and wider civil society. He has over ten years experience working with charity data, having worked for NCVO, CAST and the Greater London Authority.

Board of Trustees

360Giving has united with Funders Together and is governed by a shared Board of Directors who are also the charity’s trustees.

Founder

    Fran Perrin OBE

    Fran is the Founder and Director of the Indigo Trust and formerly the Chair of 360Giving’s Board of Directors. She is also a board member of The Sainsbury Archive. Prior to setting up Indigo Trust, Fran was an advisor at the Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit, in the UK Cabinet Office. She was awarded the Global Philanthropic Lifetime Contribution to Philanthropy Award in 2021.
