Feedback survey 2025-26

Thank you for agreeing to share your views in our annual feedback survey 2025-26. 

We would like to know what you think about 360Giving, how we’re doing, and what we could improve on. 

We value your thoughts on our work. This survey will help us to understand our impact and how we can best support you as we move into the final year of our 2022-27 strategy, and begin the process of developing a new strategy and explore new opportunities as part of Funders Together. 

This survey will take about 15 minutes to complete, depending on your answers, and your responses will be completely anonymous.

There is a mix of closed and open questions, with very few required questions, so you can skip questions that you don’t want to answer.

You can come back to questions and your responses by using the “Save and continue” option on the form.
