Our email addresses are changing
14 October 2026
From Wednesday 28 October, 360Giving will use Funders Together email addresses, including a new address for our Helpdesk. The support you get, our tools and your published data are not affected.
What’s changing
From Wednesday 28 October, please use these addresses to contact us.
Helpdesk support with publishing or using data: 360GivingSupport@funders-together.org.uk (replaces support@threesixtygiving.org)
Specific queries: continue to use our Contact page forms
General enquiries: info@funders-together.org.uk (replaces info@threesixtygiving.org)
Newsletters and updates: comms@funders-together.org.uk
Members of our team will also have new Funders Together email addresses. Their old addresses will continue to forward, so you can keep using them for now.
If you use our Helpdesk
Our Helpdesk team stays the same, and so does the support you get.
- If you have a query open with us, it will carry on as normal. Our replies will come from 360GivingSupport@funders-together.org.uk.
- Please add this address to your contacts so our replies don’t go to spam.
- Emails sent to support@threesixtygiving.org will still reach us.
We also send publisher specific communications from time to time, which will be sent via publishing@funders-together.org.uk
What isn’t changing
360Giving continues to help funders publish open, comparable data about their grants. You’ll keep:
- the 360Giving Data Standard and your published data
- our tools, including GrantNav
- Helpdesk support from the same team
- the same newsletters and updates, from a new address
You don’t need to resubscribe or update your details.
What we’d ask you to do
A few small steps will make sure our emails and Helpdesk replies keep reaching you.
- 1. Add our new addresses to your contacts. Add 360GivingSupport@funders-together.org.uk , comms@funders-together.org.uk and info@funders-together.org.uk to your contacts or safe senders list. In most email apps, open one of our emails and choose “Add to contacts” or “Add to safe senders”.
- Let your IT team know. If your organisation filters email centrally, ask your IT team to allow emails from funders-together.org.uk.
- Update any saved contacts. If you’ve saved our Helpdesk address in a process document, a guide or an internal contact list, please update it to 360GivingSupport@funders-together.org.uk.
- 4. Check your spam folder. If you haven’t heard from us by Wednesday 21 October, look in your spam or junk folder and mark our email as “not spam”.
Key dates
Wednesday 14 October: we email you about the change from our current addresses
Monday 19 October: our first email from comms@funders-together.org.uk
Wednesday 28 October: our new email addresses, including the Helpdesk, go live
Monday 2 November: our regular updates return, from the new address
We’re pausing our regular newsletters and updates from 12 October until 2 November while we make the switch. The Helpdesk stays open throughout.
Why we’re making this change
360Giving is part of Funders Together, a national infrastructure organisation working with funders across the UK. Bringing our email addresses together means enquiries reach the right person more quickly, and we can respond more reliably.
360Giving remains the home for our work on open grants data.

Your questions
Does this affect my published data or GrantNav?
No. Your published data, the 360Giving Data Standard and our tools are not affected.
I have a Helpdesk query open. Do I need to do anything?
No. Your query will carry on as normal, and our reply will come from 360GivingSupport@funders-together.org.uk. Please add it to your contacts so it doesn’t go to spam.
What happens if I email an old address?
Your email will still reach us. We’ll reply from our new address.
Will I still hear from 360Giving?
Yes. You’ll receive the same updates about 360Giving’s work. They’ll come from comms@funders-together.org.uk.
Is my data being handled differently?
No, there are no changes to the way your data is being handled. You can read our privacy notice here.
